Jim Lloyd
President

Jim Lloyd had a vision of a company to serve the metro Atlanta area with unwavering integrity, outstanding customer service and personal attention to business clients’ needs. He is a veteran of the insurance industry and as a business owner, he understands the importance of having expert advice from reliable resources. Since starting the firm in 1985, he has made Lloyd Pro Group an industry leader in many areas. By constantly developing new business strategies as well as providing superior service, Jim has exceeded his goal of helping business owners manage risks, gain control of HR functions, and enjoy affordable benefits for themselves and their employees.

For over twenty years Jim has served on several advisory councils for major insurance companies and has received many awards and accolades. Success for Jim stems from the success of each of member of the Lloyd Pro Group team. He is a true entrepreneur and a value to the Atlanta business community. His extensive knowledge and forward-thinking ideas are what make Lloyd Pro Group the very best in the industry.

Jim has a BS degree from Mississippi State University and is a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity.

Brandy Swanson
Chief Operating Officer

Brandy Swanson joined Lloyd Pro Group in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations. She brings over 15 years of experience and strong, proven skills in money and cash flow management. Her financial planning and superior skills in contract negotiation has significantly increased profitability at Lloyd Pro Group.

Prior to this firm, Brandy spent 12 years as Vice President of Operations and Human Resource Director for a Goodyear dealer. She also has 4 years experience in Human Resources working for the PEO, Administrative Managers.

Brandy’s passion is community service. As a Charter Member of the Buford North Gwinnett Rotary Club, she has served in the following capacities: President, Treasurer and Director of Youth and International Services. She is the current Treasurer of the Hamilton Mill Methodist Church and Youth Leader. She is also a member of Gwinnett County Rotary Club.

Brandy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.

Nancy Plaisted, PHR
Vice President of Employer Services

Nancy joined Lloyd Pro Group in 1996. She has contributed to the overall growth and operations of the company in many roles including Director of Marketing, Manager of the Financial Services Department, Sales Manager and most recently Vice President of Operations. Today, she uses her extensive experience and knowledge in the role of Vice President of Employer Services. Nancy is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Nancy has obtained the PHR Certification by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest organization dedicated exclusively to the human resource profession.

Linda Grant
Controller

Linda started working with Lloyd Pro group in 2002, when she moved to Atlanta from Tucson, AZ. She came to join our family as a licensed agent (P&C, Life & Health). Linda is in charge of Accounting, Operations, Benefits, Human Resources, and it our resident I.T. go-to person. Linda is extremely professional, pleasant, and is gifted in each field when wearing her many hats. She focuses on keeping Lloyd Pro Group running as the professional organization and family that it is today, as well as propelling us in the right direction for a bright future.

Alison N. McIntyre
Director of Commercial Lines

Since joining Lloyd Pro Group in 2005, Alison ("Ali") McIntyre has contributed to the company’s growth in many facets of the organization. In addition to managing the commercial department her other responsibilities include marketing of commercial accounts to carriers, customer service, and professional guidance to the producers of our agency. She excels in the development of long-term relationships with commercial clients and continues to maintain and build new relationships that propel Lloyd Pro Group into future growth.

Markita L. Evans
Director of Personal Lines

Markita has been with Lloyd Pro Group since 2005, bringing 15 years of experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to personal lines insurance products. As a motivated individual, she has propelled her way through the industry to work with only the best. She excels in the sales and customer service field, making sure her customers are treated well by determining what her clients truly need. Markita and her staff focus on the sale and service of personal lines products including Homeowners, Automobile, Life, and Health insurance for new and existing business.

Chrisann Richards
Managing Agent, Atlanta

Chrisann joined the Lloyd Pro Group family in 2005 as a full service agent. She has been in the insurance industry for over 17 years and brings with her a diversified background. She is a graduate from University of Georgia with a Business Management degree. She now proudly manages our Atlanta office, leading her staff in excellent customer service and sales and is touted as the best in the industry. She excels in ensuring her customers are well taken care of and are covered in any instance.

Earl Mitchell
Managing Agent, Decatur

Earl Mitchell has been a part of the Lloyd Pro Group family since 2005 as a full service agent. He specializes in excellent customer service in any line and has been an outstanding managing agent, mentoring to his staff in our Decatur office who specialize in Personal and Commercial lines. Earl currently holds two insurance designations: Associate in Personal Insurance and Certified Insurance Service Representative and is able to offer his extensive experience. He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Lynn Day Managing Agent, Douglasville

Since joining Lloyd Pro Group in 2002, Lynn has proven herself in the Insurance Industry as a leading agent in customer experience and sales. She is well rounded in the agency, handling her roles and responsibilities in sales and management with ease, winning many awards and recognitions. She manages our Douglasville office and mentors her staff to excel in these fields. It is important to Lynn to listen to her customers and make sure their insurance needs are met, as well as develop and maintain a positive relationship as well.
